Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, mango, grapes, etc.)
  • 2 cups leafy greens (spinach or mixed greens) β€” optional
  • ΒΌ cups nuts or seeds (walnuts, almonds, or sunflower seeds)
  • 2–3 tbsp tablespoons cheese (feta or goat cheese) β€” optional

Equipment

  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Small bowl (for dressing)
  • 1 Cutting board
  • 1 Sharp knife
  • 1 Measuring spoons
  • 1 Salad tongs or large spoon

Method
 

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly.
  2. Cut fruit into equal bite-size pieces. Remove seeds, stems, and cores.
  3. Place leafy greens in a large bowl (if using).
  4. Add prepared fruit on top of the greens.
  5. Sprinkle nuts, seeds, or cheese if desired.
  6. Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  7. Drizzle dressing just before serving.
  8. Toss gently to combine. Serve immediately.

Storage

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
  • Best within 24 hours
  • Keep dressing separate until serving
