Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove (minced)
  • ¼ cup water (add gradually)
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Add tahini and lemon juice to a small bowl.
  2. Mix well until thick and slightly stiff.
  3. Add minced garlic and salt.
  4. Slowly whisk in water, a little at a time, until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  5. Adjust salt or lemon juice if needed. Serve immediately or refrigerate.

Notes

  • Tahini may thicken when mixed with lemon juice — this is normal
  • Add water slowly to control texture
  • Use high-quality tahini for the best flavor
  • Stir the tahini well before measuring
