Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 mango, diced
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime zest (optional)

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry all the fruit thoroughly.
  2. Slice strawberries and cut watermelon, pineapple, and mango into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add all prepared fruit to a large mixing bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, and lime zest to make the dressing.
  5. Pour the dressing over the fruit.
  6. Toss gently to combine without crushing the fruit.
  7. Refrigerate the salad for about 30 minutes before serving.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve chilled.
