Ingredients
  

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. Add drained and rinsed chickpeas to a large bowl. Leave them whole or lightly mash for a creamier texture.
  2. In a small bowl, mix tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chickpeas. Add parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir well until the chickpeas are evenly coated and creamy.
